Sharing the Love of Food

Castor-Rated is a website that is dedicated to the love of everything food. This site will cover a variety of topics relating to dining, food, drinks, and friends.

6528_625117293099_32802023_37126749_1535134_nCastor-Rated was launched in April 2011 as a creative outlet for a food lover giving reviews of restaurants. My motto was everyday reviews for everyday people. The establishments reviewed here ranged from higher end restaurants to the chain restaurant down the street. After a year long sabatical, Castor-Rated has relaunched as a more emcompassing blog.

I am always looking for ideas and topics to cover. If you have one send it my way! Don’t worry, you will get credit. I am also looking for people to interview. If you know someone who owns, manages, started, or works in the restaurant industry, as a food jounalist, or a start-up company relating to gastronomy and you think they wouldn’t mind a quick Q&A, have their people talk to my people! I love picking brains!

This is my favorite Thai food restaurant! I have tried, Thai Spoon, Joy’s, Ma & I, and several other Thai spots, but they can’t beat this place. I recommend 3things there. For starters, the Tom Kha Kai and the Chilled Steamed Brocoli with Dijon Soy Dressing. For the main course, my favorite Beef Pad Se Eu, yum!!! If you havent tried it, you and Tiff gotta to!!

Yes, that is true. As I understand it, food trucks can only served pre-prepared or packaged food and can only stay in one place for a couple hours.
